Kuantan on the 9/04/2010 & 10/04/2010

I took an earlier flight from Penang to Shah Alam to meet up Ms Wong in the Berjaya Park office. I had Bak Kut Teh for lunch with Tay, Calvin, Ms. Wong and also Mr. CM Wong. We started our journey in the evening around 5pm. Before we reach Kuantan city, we stop at Temerloh to have our dinner. Ms Wong’s hubby introduce me a kind of fish which is notably serve every where at Kuantan. He told me it is call “Pak Tin” fish. Is a type of fish alike mackerel which is famous also in Japan to make Sushi and Sashimi. Here are some well known delicacy from Temerloh.
Soft Toufu with seasoning gravy
Steam eggplant with dried prawn and salted fish. Kuantan is famous for salted fish.

Thanks to Ms Wong and family. They really treat me well. Right after the stock audit ended around 12pm. We had a light lunch with East Coast Regional Manager - Mr Tan BK. He brought us a few packets of fish cracker. There are few Malay snacks which is famous too like satay, otak-otak bakar, keropok lekor and many many more. Next visit will try the seafood!!!
