淋饭 (Lam Fan) for Granny
I still have a few more days of annual leave to clear before it burns away!
So decided to spare sometime at home &
sharpening my cooking skill besides accompany my son... Hahaha!
I'm not pro. I'm still at beginner stage but is still acceptable (Chuckling)!
Slices of Chicken meat, Prawns, Crab stick, "Choy Sam" some fish cake and fish balls.
I stir fry all the ingredients just now. Then simmer to cook with some chicken stock(I've prepared earlier). When it is boil, add in the eggs for finishing touch.
Last but not least, pour in some starch like cornflour for thickening.
That egg gravy definitely serves great with plain fried rice. Some served it with white rice.

(Note: MIL was away for the past few days)
P/S: Opt with fried Keow Teow. Then it will become Wan Tan Hor
