A souvenir, memento or keepsake is an object a traveler brings home for the memories associated with it. Souvenirs include clothing such as T-shirts or hats, postcards, refrigerator magnets , miniature figures, household items such as mugs and bowls, plates , ashtrays, egg timers, spoons , notepads , and paintings plus many others. Travelers may buy souvenirs as gifts for those who did not make the trip.

We notice a lot of our blogger friends are going for holiday towards end of the year. Especially the long school break. So interesting to read their blogs about the places they have been. Reading and following their blog, it is just like another virtual way bring us closer to them. Even two of my colleagues also just came back from their pleasant trip. Neuhaus: One of the finest Belgian chocolate. Another koala bear clipper for display on my desk - Australia. Besides that, there are several mini chocolate bars for my son too. Calvin was very generous to share with his daddy & mommy at home. He said the princess is for me, the white ghost for daddy and the clown is for himself. ^^

Hmm, love this too. A knitted toque winter hat from Beijing. It's a gift from Pauline. Seeing it, it just like pestering me to go some where else during the Winter time. Maybe some where got snow one! Muahaha.... Demo: Trying on my knitted toque hat, fitted tightly & nicely on my head and also have a lil pom pom at da crown! I thanked her so much for buying me such a lovely gift. Furthermore with this hat colour, I can easily mix & match with other winter outfits as well as accessories too.
