Calvin 3rd Birthday

Last night we enjoyed the birthday dinner very much. The food is great even though the restaurant are pack of people. Danny dear made the reservation earlier, usually during public holiday, some more is 1st day of Hari Raya for sure many restaurants also fully booked with functions. Or else lots of people came back to hometown and have dinner with friends and family.Calvin is the happiest boy ever. He open his presents all the way during the dinner.

Firstly,we have the Five Precious Platter, a very trio layer unique serving.

Next, we have the Golden Marine Shark's Fin Soup.

Then, we have Braised Yee Mee with Beansprout and Mushroom (Calvin loves noodle).

Golden Beancurd (also Calvin's fav). Later then, we have Fried Prawn with Soya Sauce. Another special dish we have yesterday was the Stir Fried Seasonal Japanese Tang O' vegetables with Garlic. We seldom saw this vegetable in the market.

The main dish yesterday night was this one -Patin Fish. The one I ate before at Kuantan is much bigger than this one. Have a look H>E>R>E for my previous post mention about Pak Tin Fish. The meat is very soft and it contents high in protein. I think is seasonal, not always have chance to eat here at Taiping compare to Kuantan. MIL made the birthday boy a Jelly Birthday Cake. Yummy! Thanks again mother. My MIL really loves to cook and bake. Home made food always the best. Never ever gonna forget this cake. Did you see the tiny Ultraman on that slice of cake? Daddy brought it to decorate the cake. Funny right.

Here we are all of us, PIL, MIL, BIL, Joyce, Ah Kong, Ah Mah and Bernice. Where's Bernice? Busy walking here and there. Calvin can't wait to eat the Jelly Cake. Calvin continue to open his presents when we reach home.
